Change isn't change until you change .  If you are not experiencing success, or the level of success you desire; you may be a candidate for change.

The type of change applicable to your situation may vary from another's.

Sometimes a change is needed in the way a task is done.  Perhaps there is a more efficient way of doing it.  There are times in which personal evaluations may need to be taken. 

Sometimes a change is needed, sometimes that change is YOU! On the flip side change may be necessary in those around you.  In most instances we can't change those around,  so it may be necessary to change by surrounding ourselves with different people.

Sheep flock with sheep, fish swim with fish and turkeys walk with turkeys.  Look around, if all you see are turkeys, don't be surprised by what you my see when you look in a mirror. 

Change is not always an easy thing to do.  That is one of the reasons there is so many repeat offenders in our prison systems.  It is easier to stay the same than to change.
 

The path of the least resistance is the choice for the average person, hence, the path of choice for most people is to stay the same; remember, if you keep doing what you're doing you'll keep getting what you've been getting. 

If life is dealing you a daily dose of defeat, unhappiness, unfulfillment etc…  It very well could be because change has been knocking at your door and you've refused to answer  it, because that would require you to change your position (seated or lying) on the sofa and walk to the door and let change in. 

Some have a fear of change, because it may require them to move out of their comfort zone and take a step of faith into uncharted waters.

In business change is inevitable. Just the act of starting a business you are going into a place that you have never been before.  It can be nerve racking.  But at some point you have to start.
